1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product or wrong quantity compared to your order.
  • The product is expired or close to expiry at the time of delivery.

2. Return Window

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and unopened, except where the issue is damage, leakage, or manufacturing defect.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt).
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective or damaged).
  • Items received more than 7 days ago, without prior communication.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or samples.
  • Items purchased during special clearance sales marked “non-returnable”.
5. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

6. Refunds

Once your request is approved and, where applicable, the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are usually issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation and your preference (where applicable). Processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval. [web:59][web:61]

7. Replacements

In cases of wrong product, damaged items, or genuine quality issues, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

8. Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error (wrong item, damage, or defect), return shipping charges will be borne by us or reimbursed as per prior confirmation.

For returns due to change of mind where accepted as an exception, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount. [web:59][web:64]

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the order may need to follow the return process instead.
